Job summary

FIS is seeking a quality inspector to conduct inspections and tests across production stages, ensuring compliance with client standards and documenting findings in a database. You will report findings to leadership to drive root cause analyses and corrective actions, while helping identify production and process improvements.

The role involves learning production standards and working under supervision to maintain accuracy and quality across deliverables.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Typically 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Preferred qualifications include 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Becomes proficient with production and quality standards of a single product within a production segment.
• Inspects work in process and finished product to meet client SLA and standards.
• Documents quantity and quality in a proprietary database as directed.
• Learns root cause analysis of data to identify failures or issues.
• Receives professional constructive feedback and guidance.
