Job summary

FIS in Columbus, OH is seeking staff for a full‑time Quality Assurance/Inspection role with an 5:00 pm–2:00 am shift. You will inspect, analyze, and test work product to ensure client standards are met, document findings, and support corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Usually 2 years relevant experience required.
• Preferred: 4 years related experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, analyses and tests to ensure client standards are met.
• Document findings in a proprietary database and report to leadership.
• Assist leadership in identifying production/process improvements to exceed client quality expectations.
• Maintain vigilant adherence to quality standards and SLAs within a production segment.
