Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Product Operations Associate to join the Annuities Platform team. You will own client onboarding workflows, configure annuity products, and support Hexure integration, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role anchors operations at the intersection of client services, technology, and strategic execution, and offers exposure to senior leadership on high-impact initiatives within a growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• 2–5 years in financial services operations or client facing roles.
• Experience with Hexure or similar config platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Managers and financial professionals.
• Configure and maintain annuity products on the platform.
• Assist Hexure integration and configuration under senior direction.
• Support senior management with operational and strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with Sales to communicate capabilities and timelines.
• Work with Engineering to identify and resolve platform issues.
• Manage client expectations with proactive communication.
