Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join its Implementation team as a senior team lead for Annuities. The role involves managing end-to-end annuity implementations for clients across broker-dealers, Independent Marketing Organizations, carriers, and technology partners.

You will drive program and project management, oversee discovery, requirements, testing, and rollout, and collaborate with Product, Relationship, Sales, and Operations to deliver strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, client software implementations, relationship management within financial services, insurance, annuities, or fintech.
• Knowledge of wealth management, insurance distribution, broker-dealer operations, and annuity business processes.
• Knowledge of annuity products, carrier ecosystems, and annuity order entry and eApplication workflows.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams from inception to execution.
• Excellent writing skills and able to produce detailed project documentation, business requirements documentation and specifications to drive successful development.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful end-to-end annuity implementations for new and existing iCapital clients, including broker-dealers, independent marketing organizations, carriers, and strategic technology partners.
• Provide program and project management expertise including framing the project, establishing detailed project plans, managing risk and driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
• Retain an in-depth understanding of the iCapital annuities platform to lead or facilitate client discovery, requirements gathering, operating model and business process design, platform setup, testing, and rollout.
• Lead integrations involving annuity marketplaces, order entry platforms, eApplication providers, carrier connectivity, holdings integrations, and related annuity workflows.
• Manage the overall platform experience for existing clients, including maximizing adoption and utilization of annuity products and capabilities.
• Build a strong understanding of a client’s business and how that translates to the iCapital platform; Provide Product Managers and other internal stakeholders with client context to assess change management activities including new product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify product gaps and opportunities, vet potential solutions and roll out new features.
• Partner closely with the Product Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, Client Success, and external technology teams to deliver for clients.

About the Role

The Implementation team sits within the Product organization and is responsible for managing platform integrations for both new and existing clients as well as managing the ongoing platform experience for existing clients in close partnership with Product Managers and Relationship Managers.

• Excellent writing skills and able to produce detailed project documentation, business requirements documentation and specifications to drive successful development
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across both internal and client stakeholders
• History of teamwork, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Experience managing technology integrations is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $185,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
