Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Annuities Sales Analyst to join the Annuities team in New York. This role supports the management, development, and maintenance of the Annuities platform for clients.

You will assist senior team members in daily operations, develop data-driven insights, and help execute the company’s strategic initiatives for the Annuities business line. The position features hybrid work with in-office presence most days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the financial market industry or internship within a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Series 7, 63 preferred or to be attained within 120 days.
• Knowledge of financial products and annuities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main contact point for annuity clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
• Support the development of new and existing relationships with distribution partners to advance the product category for the company.
• Lead and conduct training for internal and external partners, ensuring they are well-versed in the platform's features and capabilities.
• Support the development and execution of the company's overarching strategy aimed at supporting the Annuities business line.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and distribution of data to carrier and distributor partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all information.
• Manage clients' expectations by troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the platform.
• Take ownership of projects, providing strong analytical support to teammates and ensuring successful execution of tasks.
• Aggregate, maintain, and analyze large data sets to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop presentations with significant data and analysis for internal and external meetings and projects.
• Work alongside the sales and finance team to develop meaningful measurements of success for the Annuities platform.
• Partner with the Compliance team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met as we onboard new clients.
• Drive process improvements, in part by leveraging teams, technology, and automating data-related workflows.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure the platform operates efficiently and meets the needs of clients.
