Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to drive its tech transformation by building data asset products for a new homegrown credit card core system. You will work directly with engineering and partner teams across Card Core, Fraud, AML, and Collections to deliver impactful features.

The role emphasizes translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, leveraging technology to create near- and long-term value while leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related).
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Build products to support migration to a new homegrown credit card core system and deliver data asset products.
• Collaborate across Card Core, Fraud, AML, Collections, EASE, and other partner teams.
• Translate business requirements into customer-focused digital product features.

Education
