Modernize Home Services seeks an experienced Product Manager to advance the 360Finance platform, enabling contractors to offer point‑of‑sale financing to homeowners. You’ll bridge contractor, lender, product, engineering, and operations to shape capabilities and drive platform growth.

You’ll build a strong roadmap from the ground up, navigate market opportunities, and apply data-driven decisions. This role emphasizes bold vision, execution, and collaboration in a dynamic startup setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across multiple products/features.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financing products.
• Strong UX improvement track record with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building and owning roadmaps with clear priorities.
• Proficient in competitive and market research for both consumer and business sides.
• Design, execute and analyze data-driven experiments (A/B testing).
• Experience building analytics instrumentation and dashboards from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own contractor-experience roadmap for 360Finance and align with company objectives.
• Lead full contractor journey initiatives from onboarding to financing and document signing.
• Create PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and account management to ship improvements on time.
• Drive adoption and reduce UX friction by engaging contractor clients and measuring outcomes.
• Design and run rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and guide scaling decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and prototype new features.
