Job summary

Onbe Financial Services is seeking a Product Manager to shape and execute our product strategy, enabling teams and driving maximum value for customers. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence 2 days per week in major metro areas, with occasional travel. Apply your fintech experience to guide product success and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product ownership.
• Familiarity with B2B2C models and multi-step distribution channels.
• Experience in agile development environments, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to build business cases for new initiatives.
• Champion a user-centric approach for intuitive experiences.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead vendor integration selection, contracting, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Make day-to-day decisions on scope and priorities for timely delivery.
• Serve as the voice of the customer in agile ceremonies.
• Validate features via acceptance criteria and user feedback.
