Job summary

Onsetto is seeking a Product Manager to shape experiences at the center of the business-banking transition, turning first-time users into successful customers and expanding platform adoption.

You’ll own the journeys that help financial institutions engage customers, navigate a switch, and simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences. You’ll partner with design, engineering and customer-facing teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning customer-facing software products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Proven ability to improve activation, engagement, retention or expansion via measurable outcomes.
• Experience using product analytics and customer research to optimize funnels and onboarding.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex problems into clear direction.
• Track record of owning measurable outcomes, not just features or roadmaps.
• Experience working with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of financial institutions, business customers and workflows involved in changing banking relationships.
• Shape the experience from early engagement through switching and successful adoption.
• Help customers understand the value of Onsetto and move confidently through each stage of their journey.
• Identify moments that build confidence, reduce friction and prompt next steps.
• Collaborate with design and engineering from discovery through delivery, measurement and iteration.
• Partner with customers and customer-facing teams to understand problems and opportunities.
• Coordinate across product areas including customer workflows and data capabilities.
• Define meaningful measures of customer progress and adoption; communicate tradeoffs clearly.
