Job summary

Onsetto, Inc is seeking a Product Manager to shape experiences at the center of the business-banking transition. You will turn first-time users into successful customers and guide adoption across the platform ecosystem.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and customer-facing teams, owning meaningful outcomes and driving product-led growth in fintech and enterprise SaaS contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience owning customer-facing software products from discovery through launch.
• Experience using product analytics and customer research to optimize conversion funnels and onboarding.
• Ability to balance customer value with business priorities and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of financial institutions and their workflows.
• Shape the experience from early engagement through switching and adoption.
• Help customers understand the value of Onsetto and move through each journey stage.
• Identify moments that build confidence, reduce friction and enable next steps.
• Collaborate with design and engineering from discovery to delivery, measurement and iteration.
• Partner with customers and teams to understand problems and evaluate opportunities.
• Collaborate across product areas including data and AI capabilities.
• Define metrics for customer progress and adoption.
