Job summary

In this key position, you will advise on legal and regulatory risks, partner with product managers and engineers, and integrate legal considerations into product development. Ideal candidates will hold a JD, have 3+ years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of the financial services sector. Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally with exposure to financial services or fintech.
• Strong experience advising on legal and regulatory issues tied to product development in regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal partner to Product and Engineering teams.
• Advise on U.S. regulatory, compliance, and legal risks associated with new products.
• Integrate legal thinking into product development throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Compliance, Operations, Business and other internal stakeholders.
• Support product‑related legal work including drafting agreements and commercial documents.
