Zusammenfassung

B9 is hiring a mid-level PPC Manager to scale paid search and paid social for our cash advance app. You will own day-to-day performance across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic channels, optimizing bids, structure, budgets and pacing.

We expect 3–5 years of hands-on PPC for a mobile app in the U.S. market, with fintech paid acquisition experience and strong knowledge of GA4, AppsFlyer, and SP/Programmatic platforms. This is a remote role aligned to Eastern Time hours.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years hands-on PPC for a mobile app in the U.S. market.
• Fintech/consumer lending paid acquisition experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok & programmatic.
• Knowledge of financial-services ad policies and compliance.
• Willingness to work Eastern Time hours.
• State-by-state geo targeting experience.
• Basic SQL skills.

Aufgaben

• Run paid search and paid social day to day; build, launch and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Own structure, bidding, budgets and pacing for campaigns.
• Optimize for deep funnel events, not just installs.
• Develop and test creative hooks; feed learnings to platforms.
• Maintain compliant ads with Legal and creative teams.
• Own measurement in AppsFlyer, GA4 and SKAN; report spend, CPI, CAC and funnel payback.
• Manage budgets; shift spend across channels and geos based on unit economics.
• Monitor competitors and policy changes affecting ads.
