Responsibilities include campaign optimization, A/B testing, data-driven Decisions with AppsFlyer and GA4, and budget management to maximize ROI in a competitive fintech landscape. Remote-friendly, ET-aligned role with potential relocation options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid traffic management experience in fintech or high-competition sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably in the U.S. market.
• Expertise in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and ASA.
• Strong analytical mindset with AppsFlyer and GA4 experience.
• Systematic thinker who can structure workflows and manage multiple campaigns.
• Growth-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to the U.S. or Mexico after KPI period.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and scale campaigns across Google, TikTok, Meta, ASA and programmatic channels.
• Test creatives, targeting, and bidding to improve conversions and lower CPAs.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
• Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies across paid channels.
