Atlas Search, a leading fintech platform, seeks a Financial Data & Client Solutions Associate in Stamford, CT. The role blends finance and technology to configure financial software, onboard clients, and support growth through data-driven solutions.

You will analyze portfolio performance, reconcile accounts, and build client-ready reports. Strong communication, organization, and familiarity with wealth management tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments.
• Background in RIA/wealth management operations, procedures, and client service.
• Experience working with wirehouses or custodians.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach; quick to learn new tech.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and interpret portfolio performance outcomes.
• Perform account-level reconciliations, research discrepancies and corrections.
• Review private equity and hedge fund statements for system input.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to troubleshoot data issues.
• Support client onboarding, account setup, training, and day-to-day service.
• Manage and resolve client issues as they arise.
• Configure systems, set up new clients, classify accounts/assets.
• Build custom reports tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with vendor partners on system enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Prioritize and complete projects on schedule; help develop policies and controls.
• Proactively identify and address client and business needs.
