Qualifications

• 6+ years in credit/alternatives, asset management, financial services, consulting, FP&A, accounting, or reporting.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and Excel skills.
• Experience with financial data and reporting processes.
• Credit/Alternatives exposure is required.
• AI/automation exposure is required.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial data, portfolio reporting, and analysis
• Prepare internal/external reporting and KPI analysis
• Improve reporting processes, models, and automated workflows
• Support strategic projects across data, technology, and process improvement
• Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Accounting, Technology, and external providers
