Job summary

Clio is seeking a Product Manager for our FinTech payments-focused team. You will shape the product strategy, collaborate with developers and designers, and drive initiatives that move the business forward. This role is remote across Canada or the US, with a strong emphasis on user-centric, data-driven decision making.

You will mentor peers, partner with stakeholders at all levels, and help Clio grow its payments capabilities in a highly collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Fintech payments, billing or accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to develop a strategic roadmap with measurable business impact.
• Proven record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data-informed decision making and customer focus.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Own product stewardship and roadmaps for the payments domain.
• Drive market research, opportunities, and prioritization with business impact.
• Maintain close alignment with customers and markets through data and feedback.
• Coach and mentor other product managers to raise overall capability.
