Clio is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design for our Fintech team and join our growing Product Design team. This role is open to candidates across North America (US and Canada, excluding Quebec), with a preference for Toronto.

If you are located near one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto), you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on Anchor Days. This role includes occasional travel, averaging around six trips per year.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product design with senior leadership experience.
• Experience designing fintech products like payments, billing, or invoicing.
• Proven ability to lead vision work and drive high quality design.
• Experience designing for complex B2B products for small to mid-market firms.
• Familiarity with AI product design and human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Ability to scale experiences across platforms and products.
• Proficient in modern design tools and accessibility standards.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the design vision for payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align on strategy and execution.
• Lead and coach a team of product designers from discovery to launch.
• Incorporate automation and AI into financial workflows with trusted UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to set portfolio priorities and metrics.
