Clio is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design for our Fintech team across payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping. You will oversee a team of 4-5 designers, shaping strategy and execution while partnering with Product and Engineering to raise the quality bar.

You will guide automation and AI integration, ensuring trustworthy, human-in-the-loop experiences. The role supports teams across North America with a preference for candidates near hubs like Toronto or New York.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Product Design experience, including 3+ years managing designers.
• Experience designing fintech products (payments, billing, invoicing) for businesses.
• Experience designing complex B2B products for small to mid-market customers.
• Strong UX craft, ability to lead vision work and solve complex interaction problems.
• Understanding of AI product design, human-in-the-loop experiences that are safe and transparent.
• Systems thinking for scalable experiences across products.
• Proficient with modern design/prototyping/AI tools (e.g., Claude, Figma, Cursor) and WCAG accessibility.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the design vision for payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping.
• Partner with design leads to make time, billing, and payments feel native to the platform.
• Guide team in automating timekeeping and incorporating AI into workflows.
• Lead and coach designers to deliver end-to-end experiences from discovery to iteration.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to set vision and priorities.
