Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in partner management, business development, customer success, or a related field—ideally with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or platform businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships and drive results.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in both written and verbal interactions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Curiosity about fintech industry trends and a desire to build deepexpertiseover time.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship lifecycle for fintech partners, ensuring thorough onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing engagement.
• Analyze partner performance and market data toidentifyopportunities for optimization and growth.
• Help the partners grow and scale within the Candescent Ecosystem
• Stay informed of emerging fintech trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments,providingactionable insights to the team.
• Represent Candescent in partner meetings, industry events, and customer conversations, articulating our perspective and building credibility.
• Ensure the success of the Candescent Marketplace, working cross functionally across Candescent to ensure partners quickly realize value and have a best in class experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and scalable processes to support partner success.
