Job summary

The Dart Bank is seeking an experienced Partnership Risk Analyst to strengthen risk and compliance management for external vendors and partners. You will develop and execute control monitoring across digital assets, BaaS, payments and third-party relationships, ensuring alignment with contracts and regulatory expectations.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Treasury and Specialty Banking to implement oversight frameworks, document findings, and drive remediation actions across the partner

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in banking operations, compliance support, internal audit assistance, QA or vendor documentation tracking.
• Experience in Fintech partnership relationship management is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight & Risk Monitoring: design and execute risk based post-implementation oversight strategies for banking partners post throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Daily Tasks: review daily partner data submissions and reporting metrics; validate activity against KPIs; track exceptions and policy violations.
• Weekly Tasks: conduct data validation reviews, prepare weekly performance reports, attend meetings with stakeholders or partners.
• Monthly Tasks: conduct comprehensive monthly audits or reviews of partner performance; prepare oversight summaries and risk assessments.
• Control Design & Management: define tailored control environments per partner and ensure regulatory soundness.
• Essential Functions: perform required duties and adhere to policy.
