Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, TPRM, to oversee third party relationships and drive risk assessment activities across the lifecycle. You will work with business owners, risk partners, and bank partners to identify, document, and mitigate inherent and residual risks.

You will challenge IRQs, validate vendor information, and coordinate due diligence with Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal teams. Strong stakeholder management and fintech experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Third Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, or related risk function.
• Experience coordinating due diligence and risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to document risk findings clearly.
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment and oversight of third party relationships across the TPRM lifecycle.
• Assess third party risk, conduct due diligence, and coordinate risk assessments with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as trusted partner to the business and contribute to TPRM program maturity.
• Review IRQs, validate information, and determine inherent risk and criticality ratings.
• Coordinate due diligence with Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, ERP, and Legal teams.
• Manage third party assessments through completion and address outstanding requirements.
• Facilitate vendor approval processes with bank partners and track approvals to completion.
• Document issues from TPRM assessments and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Support ongoing monitoring and reassessments of third party relationships.
