Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead a growing MCA-focused company. The role reports to the CFO and oversees a team of five operations professionals (three onshore, two offshore) while scaling core processes and infrastructure in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities include optimizing operations, managing systems and vendors, and driving automation initiatives with leadership to adopt new technologies when beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the merchant cash advance (MCA), alternative lending, fintech, or similar financial services industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success improving processes and scaling operational functions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
• Comfortable working across multiple operational systems, software integrations, and third-party platforms.
• Experience evaluating and implementing process improvements and operational technologies.
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five operations professionals.
• Oversee daily operations, including deal processing, payments, reporting, and workflow management.
• Manage operational systems, software integrations, and third-party vendors.
• Troubleshoot operational and system issues to ensure business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale operational processes.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to optimize operations and implement new technologies when beneficial.
• Evaluate the existing technology stack and recommend improved systems or processes where appropriate.
