Job summary
Rain is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Manager to join our onboarding team. You will drive the integration of enterprise clients, streamline onboarding processes across our platform, and train product analysts to scale operations.
You will collaborate with operations, compliance, and sales to ensure seamless partner experiences, use data to uncover opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, or related field.
- 4–8 years experience in product analyst or similar role, fintech preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with big data.
- Experience with product analytics tools and cross-functional work.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding integrations for enterprise clients with a focus on seamless adoption.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and sales to tailor onboarding solutions.
- Analyze onboarding metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Train product analysts on onboarding best practices.
- Define onboarding workflows and translate needs into clear requirements.
