Rain is seeking a Project Manager based in San Juan to bring clarity, structure, and operational excellence to strategic initiatives across regions and functions. You will manage cross-functional programs including product launches, banking integrations, and global expansion, partnering with product, operations, compliance, and finance to keep plans on track and outcomes measurable.

This role is an individual contributor with growth potential as Rain scales its operations and partnerships

Qualifications

6-9 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in fintech, financial services, or technology.
Proven ability to drive multi-partner integrations and global programs.
Highly organized with strong accountability across stakeholders.
Excellent communication and the ability to clarify priorities.
Strategic yet hands-on, able to build frameworks and execute in detail.
Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Notion, Monday.com) and tracking/reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional projects across Rain's ecosystem, including product launches and partner integrations.
Oversee integrations with banking partners, processors, and strategic partners.
Coordinate across product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance.
Build and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and leadership dashboards.
Identify dependencies, surface risks, and drive timely resolutions.
Lead initiatives tied to major card networks and programs.
Support global expansion projects and coordinate readiness across markets.
Establish scalable frameworks and processes for consistent delivery.
Contribute to Rain's project management discipline and governance.
