Rain is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our onboarding team. In this role, you will work with sales, solutions, operations, and compliance to ensure partners have a seamless experience and are fully supported in leveraging our platform.

You will tailor solutions, facilitate account integrations, analyze onboarding metrics, and help design workflows for new business customers. Strong communication and ownership are essential in collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or similar at a B2B company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for onboarding.
• Facilitate integration of company accounts into the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze product performance and track onboarding metrics for improvements.
• Support the design of onboarding workflows for new business customers.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience and product usage.
• Work with product managers to define onboarding requirements and create user stories.
