• Assist with negotiations with government enforcement attorneys and prepare client advocacy materials.
• Participate in witness interviews, depositions, and related preparations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, letters to clients and opposing counsel, reports and briefs.
• Develop litigation and settlement strategies for federal and state cases.
• Perform legal research on federal and state consumer financial services laws and regulations.
• Communicate strategy and regulatory risk with clients and senior attorneys in writing and orally.
• Draft, edit, and review reports, communications, and presentations.
