Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager on-site in Omaha, NE to lead multiple fintech/SaaS implementations. The role demands strong governance, stakeholder management, and end-client-facing capabilities, with SDLC and application development experience.

The contract runs for 12 months, with a W2 employment setup and an on-site schedule (5 days a week). The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage 4–5 component projects within a broader program.

Qualifications

• Strong PM fundamentals with governance and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering SDLC and application development projects.
• Fintech and SaaS product delivery background.
• Direct end-client-facing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects after SOW, align with client on plan, configure accounts and APIs.
• Manage 5–8 concurrent implementations at different stages.
• Coordinate with vendors or client PMs for small to large accounts.
• Prepare weekly status reports and drive weekly touchpoints with counterparts.
• Negotiate changes and manage scope with customers when needed.
