Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets team in New York seeks an Associate for the Fintech coverage group. You will support live transactions, develop client materials, and apply advanced valuation methods across M&A and debt/equity financings.

The role requires 2+ years in investment banking with FinTech exposure, strong modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple product teams. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years in investment banking with tech/FinTech exposure.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience supporting senior bankers across deal lifecycle, including pitching and preparing marketing materials.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Series 79 and 63 licensing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of live transactions as part of the Fintech coverage team; prepare presentations and memoranda.
• Apply financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods to evaluate M&A, debt, and equity transactions.
• Build operating models and perform DCF, comps, and LBO analyses.
• Analyze and synthesize corporate and financial information; conduct due diligence.
• Collaborate with product teams across capital markets and related areas; maintain client communications and mentorship.
