Job summary

FinWise Bank is seeking a Director of Fintech Implementations in Murray, Utah, to lead onboarding, implementation, and integration of specialty banking programs and fintech partnerships. You will oversee governance, risk, and regulatory compliance, while guiding a team of implementation professionals and coordinating with executives and external partners.

The role requires a strong background in banking/fintech operations, program delivery, and people leadership, with emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in banking, fintech, implementation, operations, or project management.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or people management.
Experience with fintech partnerships, BaaS, payments, or embedded finance preferred.
PM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Leads, manages, develops, and mentors the Fintech Implementations team.
Oversee successful implementation and modification of strategic fintech programs and partnerships.
Provides leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Ensure implementations are delivered on schedule and within approved scope.
Oversees resource planning, prioritization, and capacity management.
Leads preparation of board materials and mitigates risks.
