Job summary

Bank of Utah is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic banking, technology, and operational initiatives at our Ogden branch (2605 Washington Blvd). The role focuses on planning, initiation, and implementation, ensuring teams stay aligned and that risks, dependencies, and deliverables are actively managed to completion.

You will guide cross‑functional project teams, develop detailed plans, track milestones, and report status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of project or implementation management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Experience with technology or vendor implementations preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• PM certification such as PMP or CAPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from planning through successful implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with business units, Technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, training, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage third‑party vendor activities and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Provide clear project reporting and escalate risks when needed.
