Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, B2B onboarding, or related risk strategy
• Strong understanding of enterprise payment risk and risk assessment methodologies
• Experience in international payments, cross-border commerce, merchant services, embedded finance, or adjacent fintech sectors
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operational, product, and compliance stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assess enterprise clients, partners, and new opportunities from a risk perspective
• Analyze customer models, transaction activity, structures, and product use cases to identify fraud, credit, operational, compliance, and third-party risks
• Deliver clear, commercially practical risk recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to evaluate and manage risk across the customer lifecycle
• Act as a trusted advisor balancing growth objectives with effective controls and governance
• Monitor portfolio performance, emerging risks, and trends, recommending enhancements to controls and monitoring
• Support scalable risk management practices to enable growth
