Job summary

Storm2, a high-growth fintech lender, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team. Based remotely in the US, you will lead finance, capital markets, FP&A, accounting, and investor relations to scale the business.

You will build a robust financial model, manage debt facilities, and drive strategic transactions while partnering with the CEO and board on long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Must have CFO/VP Finance in high-growth fintech or lending sector.
• Experience managing debt facilities and lender relationships.
• Proven track record in M&A, recapitalization, or exit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of finance, capital markets, FP&A, accounting, reporting, and IR.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to enable growth.
• Develop capital strategy, funding partnerships, and debt facilities.
• Partner with CEO and board on strategic planning and value creation.
