Job summary

RevenueCat is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead RC Capital, a new fintech-focused line. You will oversee a distributed team, shape roadmaps with product and design, perform hands-on reviews, and drive fast, reliable delivery across time zones in the US and Europe.

You will mentor engineers, champion technical improvements, and help scale systems for underwriting, risk monitoring, and payments. A fintech background is valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally to build prioritized roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a distributed engineering team with a focus on impact and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and support to set direction and scale.
