Job summary

Slash is seeking a Customer Success Agent to ensure an excellent customer experience while upholding platform compliance. You will collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to resolve inquiries and support onboarding.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, writing FAQs, and handling inbound tickets with empathy. Remote-capable and AML/KYC awareness are key, with a strong emphasis on risk operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services, customer support or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Intercom or Pylon is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer success and support operations with product, sales, and engineering teams.
• Document and automate customer operation processes where possible.
• Conduct customer support: first point of contact via phone, email, and dashboard.
• Troubleshoot account issues, guide onboarding, resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Review new customer onboarding applications.
• Write FAQs and internal playbooks to speed up the experience.
• Manage inbound support tickets and calls with professionalism and empathy.
