Key focus includes regulatory compliance, policy development, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Compliance. This role requires strong judgment, fintech interest, and the ability to lead high‑priority initiatives in a fast‑paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant corporate law experience.
• JD degree required; US-bar admission.
• Interest in fintech industry.
• Experience supporting senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s governance framework and Board activities, including preparing materials and maintaining records.
• Provide legal support for strategic corporate transactions and financings.
• Assist with subsidiary and entity management domestically and internationally.
• Monitor evolving corporate and securities laws; advise on policy changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR/People, Stock Administration and Compliance on legal needs.
• Take on special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
