Job summary

Narmi seeks a Controller to own accounting end to end and partner with founders and leadership on the metrics that run the company. You’ll lead the close, GAAP reporting, and ASC 606 revenue recognition for multi-year contracts.

With ~150 employees and rapid growth, you’ll help shape the in-house function, build scalable controls, and collaborate with security and compliance on SOC 2 considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with full monthly close accountability.
• Experience coordinating annual audits and serving as main auditor contact.
• ASC 606 experience with multi‑year software/subscription contracts.
• Experience bringing accounting in-house or rebuilding a close process.
• Excellent written communication, able to explain accounting decisions to non‑accountants.

Responsibilities

• Month-end and quarter-end close, end to end.
• General ledger ownership and accuracy.
• Financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
• Revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Own the annual audit end to end.
