Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining Vise’s compliance program and regulatory obligations.
• Conduct reviews of employees’ electronic communications.
• Support the CLO in managing regulatory inquiries and examinations.

Skills

Investment adviser compliance experience

Strong understanding of the Investment Advisers Act

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (finance, accounting, economics, legal)

Tools

Compliance tools (e.g., Global Relay, ComplianceAlpha)
