Job summary

Possible Finance is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to partner with the General Counsel on regulatory risk across lending and financial products. You will own key aspects of the Compliance Management Program and lead a team of compliance professionals in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will balance innovation with regulatory risk, translate ambiguous guidance into practical, risk-based strategies, and mentor a growing compliance team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive regulatory compliance experience, including 3–4 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Experience owning key aspects of a Compliance Management Program end-to-end, including risk assessment and monitoring.
• Experience with consumer finance, fintech, or banking regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the design, implementation, and evolution of the Compliance Management Program.
• Advise on regulatory strategy for new products and market expansions.
• Lead complaints, issues management, and regulatory risk reporting.
• Mentor and scale a compliance team and collaborate cross-functionally.
