Job summary

Right Executive Search, LLC in New York is seeking a Client Services Associate to support and own client relationships across their lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Product to manage onboarding, contracting, launches, and reporting.

The role blends relationship management with execution, offering a path into client-facing account management within a growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 2–8 years in client services or account management with institutional clients.
• Strong interest in financial markets and indices.
• Familiarity with ETFs preferred.
• Experience drafting contracts from established templates.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an increasingly independent day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build deep knowledge of clients' businesses, stakeholders, projects, and index usage.
• Manage client onboarding from commercial agreement through contracting, implementation, and launch.
• Draft contracts and coordinate reviews with Sales, Legal and stakeholders.
• Track milestones, launches and deliverables, resolving issues delaying contracting or launch.
• Identify relationship risks and opportunities for expanded engagement.
• Maintain accurate client, contract, project, and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Provide sales operations support, including pipeline reporting and data management.
• Use AI and technology to analyze information, build dashboards, and generate insights.
• Contribute to process improvements in Client Services as the business scales.
