Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Client Services Associate (Fintech) in New York for a hybrid role requiring three days in the local office. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 plus stock options, depending on experience.

The role supports client relationships across Sales, Legal, Product, and Finance throughout onboarding, launches, and reporting. Ideal candidates will have a finance-oriented bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in client services or account management within financial services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client services or account management within financial services with institutional clients.
• Strong interest in financial markets and indices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an independent day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build knowledge of clients' businesses, stakeholders, and use of firm indices.
• Manage onboarding from commercial agreement through contracting, implementation, and launch.
• Draft contracts from templates and coordinate reviews with Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Track milestones, launches, and deliverables; resolve issues delaying contracting or launch.
• Identify relationship risks and opportunities for expanded engagement.
• Maintain client, contract, project, and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Provide sales operations support including pipeline reporting and data management.
• Use AI to analyze information, build dashboards, develop reports, and generate insights.
• Contribute to improvements in Client Services processes, reporting, tools, and controls.
