Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Business Operations Analyst to support senior leadership and an innovation-focused team at Braid. The role blends executive support with business operations, project coordination, research, vendor administration and process improvement.

The successful candidate will communicate well, manage multiple priorities, and drive improvements across finance, technology, sales, clients and vendors. Growth into broader ops or Chief of Staff activities is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in business operations, executive support, project coordination or related role.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional approach.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Interest in learning new technology and AI to improve efficiency.
• Positive, flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Nice to have CRM, event platform, or ops systems experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational activities and ensure commitments and projects move forward.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for senior leadership, including in-person and virtual events.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and vendors professionally.
• Process requests for security access, equipment, software, and services.
• Track budgets, invoices, vendors, registrations, and maintain records.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, and invoice coordination.
• Maintain organized company information, client materials, and meeting notes.
• Collaborate across Finance, Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Technology to drive processes.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, research, and leadership materials.
• Coordinate company events, conferences, and customer meetings with logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Own miscellaneous operational problems and special projects.
