Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks an ambitious Business Operations Analyst to support senior leadership and an innovation-focused team. The role combines executive support with business operations, project coordination, research, financial and vendor administration, and process improvement.

You will manage calendars, travel, and logistics while solving operational problems and driving initiatives across finance, technology, sales, clients, vendors and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• One to three years of experience in business operations, executive support, project coordination, consulting or a related role.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Interest in learning new technology and AI to improve efficiency.
• Positive, flexible and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own important operational activities and ensure commitments and projects move forward.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for senior leadership, including in-person and virtual meetings.
• Arrange travel and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and other documents.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, vendors professionally.
• Process team and consultant requests for security access, equipment, software, and services.
• Track budgets, invoices, vendors, and maintain operational records.
• Coordinate vendor activities including onboarding, contract prep, and invoices.
• Maintain organized company information, client materials and meeting notes.
• Work with finance, strategy, risk, compliance, technology, and other functions to navigate processes.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, research and reports for leadership and clients.
• Coordinate company events, registrations, and vendor logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Take ownership of miscellaneous operational problems and special projects.
