Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Digital Product Development
• 3+ years of experience with AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or data-driven products
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for AI-enabled products
• Identify opportunities where AI and Generative AI can improve customer experience or operations
• Partner with leaders and customers to translate challenges into product opportunities
• Build business cases, value propositions, and success metrics for AI initiatives
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
• Create and manage backlogs, user stories, and feature prioritization
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and UX teams
• Define MVPs and drive iterative releases based on feedback and outcomes
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned with objectives
• Work with AI/ML teams to define model requirements and deployment strategies
• Understand AI capabilities and help stakeholders make informed decisions
• Drive adoption of Generative AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and recommendations
• Monitor product performance and propose enhancements based on data
