Job summary

The role requires leading discovery with domain experts, identifying engineering partners, and delivering go/no-go decisions with clear ROI justifications. An early-career PM with ambition to grow AI expertise is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-enabled product initiatives within fintech or lending.
• Ability to map current processes with SMEs into design briefs.
• Comfort coordinating with external engineering vendors and partners.
• Proven track record of turning ambiguity into clear, executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery with SMEs to map full processes, decisions, pain points, and cycles.
• Author detailed AI solution designs, inputs/outputs, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and engage suitable engineering partners with a strong IP framework.
• Manage partner delivery, reviews, and ensure production-grade outputs.
• Develop and implement a go/no-go recommendation with cost-benefit framing.
• Coordinate QC design, baseline evaluation, and post-launch adoption.
