Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a closely related role, with direct exposure to AI-enabled products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead structured discovery with domain experts and translate findings into a clear design brief.
• Prior experience at an AI-native fintech, lending company, or high-velocity product environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience authoring clear product artefacts (maps, briefs, requirements, specifications).
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and structuring undefined problems end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating with external engineering vendors or technology partners is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with functional SMEs to map current processes and identify edge cases.
• Translate discovery findings into an AI transformation design brief with inputs/outputs and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and evaluate potential engineering partners and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive the build cycle with partners, ensuring adherence to the design brief and Mulligan's QC criteria.
• Define pre-build QC design, baselines, and evaluation rubrics for production readiness.
