Job summary

Kenway Consulting is seeking an Engagement Manager in Financial Services to lead end-to-end delivery of complex client initiatives, manage scope, budgets, risks, and teams, and build trusted client relationships. You will mentor staff, drive cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to growth across FS sectors including banking, insurance, wealth management, and payments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.
• Financial services strategy consulting experience preferred, otherwise mix of strategy consulting and FS industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, with advanced degrees or certifications in finance, business, economics, or quantitative fields (e.g., MBA, CFA, CPA, CAMS).
• Proficient understanding of FS value chains including Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Payments & Fintech.

• Own end-to-end delivery for client engagements, managing scope, budget, timeline, risks, and quality.
• Lead complex business and technology initiatives across multiple industries.
• Apply deep industry, business, and technical knowledge to solve client challenges and achieve objectives.

• Lead working sessions, presentations, and executive discussions, communicating complex topics clearly.
