Job summary

Kenway Consulting, LLC. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex client initiatives in the Financial Services sector from Chicago.

You will manage scope, budget, risks, and teams while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and driving account growth. Qualified candidates have 8+ years in leading large programs, FS strategy consulting experience, and a solid foundation in regulatory and business domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading complex business or technology initiatives.
• Financial services strategy consulting experience is preferred or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Deep understanding of FS regulatory landscape and value chains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for client engagements, managing scope, budget, timeline, risks, and quality.
• Lead complex business and technology initiatives across multiple industries.
• Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to solve client challenges.
• Lead sessions, executive discussions, and drive risk management.
• Mentor team members and contribute to proposals and revenue forecasts.
