Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a junior associate for its Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice. The role is based in our Dallas office and offers exposure to banks, fintechs, money services and related regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of regulatory experience, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and a bar admission or eligibility. Spanish is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services regulation.
• Experience with banks, fintechs, money services businesses, lenders, and virtual currency platforms.
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research legal and regulatory issues.
• Prepare memoranda, regulatory filings, and client communications.
• Support licensing, chartering, M&A, bank partnership models, and third-party risk management.
