Job summary

PNC is looking for a Licensed Escalations Representative Senior to handle complex escalated issues in Wealth Management. This role is performed remotely within EST or CST. You will advocate for customers while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, analyze issues, and document resolutions across customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer service principles, alongside required FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and up to $87,500 in salary.

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex escalated issues with a high customer impact.
• Research and analyze complex escalated customer complaints.
• Document the problem resolution process for each investigated complaint.
• Act as a point person for escalated issues from retail business segments.
• Identify trends negatively impacting customer experience.
