Job summary

PNC Wealth Management is seeking a Licensed Customer Service & Support Supervisor to lead a phone-based sales and service team, remotely (CST or EST preferred). The role supports branch partners and guides clients through policies and procedures while coordinating with back-office departments.

Remote work may be allowed in select locations with approval; in-office participation may be required occasionally. FINRA licensing is required for this supervisory role.
